Registers kwin-mcp in the official MCP Registry (registry.modelcontextprotocol.io, preview v0.1): server.json (io.github.VibeProgramm/kwin-mcp, GitHub-source verification) + OIDC publish workflow triggered on v* tags, per the official GitHub Actions guide. No packages[] claim — the fork distributes via GitHub Releases / uv git installs, not PyPI (PyPI name belongs to upstream).
